The apartment features a balcony with beautiful views of the garden. It felt like having my own little oasis in the middle of the city. I always stay at my favorite place in Split. The first time, the staff carried my heavy bags. It has Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, a flat-screen TV, and an outdoor dining area. It has everything I need. I can't wait to come back for my holiday.

this apartment was everything we hoped for and more! after a disappointing previous stay in split, three roses exceeded our expectations. the stylishly remodeled interior, well-equipped kitchen, and friendly owner made us feel right at home. the balcony was a highlight with its stunning view of the sea and city. we definitely plan on returning!

I had a good laugh trying to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs to the top floor, but who needs a lift when you've got a stunning view! The apartment was fancy with a private entrance and a big balcony.
Oh, how I loved navigating the narrow streets around the building! So much fun squeezing my car through like a pro.

Pro: We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location was ideal, with a quiet side road and a short walk to the Old Town and city beach. The staff, especially hostess Iwana, were nice and helpful throughout our stay.
